Dr. Norman Bennett

EDUCATION

Dr. Bennett received his MD from Autonomous University of Guadalajara in 1982 after first attending New York University (NYU) in New York City. He continued his training at the NYU Medical Center, located in Queens, NY,  and completed his medical residency and internship at Bridgeport Hospital-Yale New Haven Health in Bridgeport, Connecticut.

 

Dr. Bennett is formerly board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and continues to be board eligible for Internal Medicine and Vascular Medicine by the American Board of Vascular Medicine. He is a Fellow of the Society for Vascular Medicine (FSVM) and was a member of the American Medical Association (AMA). He is a certified wound care specialist (CWS) and lecturer in that topic as well.

Dr. Bennett is an Aesthetic Medicine Specialist, practicing for over 16 years at various locations across Long Island. He takes great pleasure in helping people look and feel their greatest with the perfect touch. Whether it's lip enhancement, reducing varicose veins with sclerotherapy, or smoothing wrinkles, clients continue to trust in the care and experience of Dr. Bennett.

MEDICAL EXPERIENCE

Dr. Bennett’s has extensive experience with wound care and non-invasive vascular medicine. His areas of expertise include venous insufficiency, peripheral vascular disease, and lymphedema. His experience also includes performs aesthetic medical treatments for varicose veins and spider veins.
